The AGM was held on Sunday 23rd October

Events for winter street-O 2006 proposals:

* Waterford Valley (Bruce ?)

* BK Map near Jack (Jack)

* NE map northern area (Greg)


SE corridor near Eummerring:

* Bryan interested in course checking in this area (also interested possible

competitors)

* Need to pick an area(s) and put into map register


Northern:

* Greg interested in doing an AR map in this region


Bryan proposed and volunteered to be the AR street-O start/finish equipment

provider for all street-O events on out calender. If summer series liase

with/assist Series coordinator. Excellent idea and fully supported by the

club. Bryan will not need to set any AR street-O events.


Novelty ideas or slight differences in course setting to be encouraged at AR

events. Avoid too much complexity or confusion, however.


*ARDF Events*


General Strategy for 2006:

* Propose to have an event every 4-6 weeks as appropriate and fits with dates.

* ARDF as well as Fox-or to be included in as many events as practicable

* Avoid dates of major amateur events

* Only standalone events Mt Gambier and Vic Champs

* Propose SERG at Mt Gambier be persuaded to set a true fox-or event (with

map) due to the difficulty for melbourne teams to set an ARDF.
